Shipping
Ares EOD Supply unconditionally guarantees everything sold.
If we ship from Florida we usually use FedEx Ground* or USPS Priority* Mail (Insured). If we ship from Kentucky we generally use DHL. We honor special shipping requests and are willing to do whatever is necessary to meet your needs. We may upgrade your shipping from Ground* to Priority* in order to expedite delivery, (No extra charge). If our web site overcalculates the cost to ship something or we find that your shipping selection is not the best option, we will let you know our recommendation. We always recommend USPS Priority or Express Mail for international orders, although we do offer other carriers' services for delivery to overseas destinations.
We also reserve the right to give you free shipping if we feel like it. (This might be for a large order or for our deployed troops.)
